Description:

This is an insect of the night, attracted by the light of the street lamp. It's similar to a dragonfly, about 8 cm long, whit 4 wings.

Nice spotting! I hope to see one someday. I've removed this from the Flies! mission since it's not a true fly (Diptera). Antlions are from the Neuroptera family. :)
Certo ;) e la mia seconda lingua, Istria e la zona bilinguistica, l'Inglese invece dovevo impararlo ;) gli adulti li ho visti parecchi e anche speso direi però non ho mai visto delle larve e loro sono cosi buffe con le corna e tutte tonde :))
