Five white petals each deeply incised into three lobes, gives flower a ragged appearance. Three-lobed basal leaves.
Habitat:
Open woodlands or shrub-steppe. This sighting in open woodland on slopes around Catherine Creek, above Columbia River Gorge, Washington.
