Species ID Suggestions

Comments (1)

Actually not a new subspecies, but rather one of two independent (genetically distinct), as-yet-unrecognized cryptic species within what is currently called D. "bisaltide", where the two adults are essentially identical whereas the caterpillars are consistently different – one black and white, the other with orangish lateral protuberances.
