Description:

A lot of juvenile White and Yellow Wagtails feed on the muddy fringes of this pond. The Whites are always Black, White and grey whereas the Yellows have a faint buff or yellow tinge in places which becomes obvious when they are together.

Habitat:

Drying pond on mountain airfield with scattered trees and bushes at nearly 4,000'.
