Field Notes

Description:

Bright orange moth about 1 cm long. The labial palpi are hairy and extended forward in a hooked "snout". The underside of the moth is completely white.
Maybe Tortricidae?

Habitat:

Came to an ultraviolet light in the garden, San Cristobal de Las Casas, 2,200 meters.
