Description:

Fond of red or orange flowers. The only known pollinator of an orchid known as the red disa (Disa uniflora).

Habitat:

Mountains, hillsides and gullies.

Notes:

Also known as the Mountain pride. Proposed as the national butterfly of South Africa.
