Description:

Dragonfly. Head to the tip of the tail: 3-4 cm. Pale blue body.

Habitat:

It landed in the garden next to a temporary puddle of water, caused by a hose. Urban environment

Notes:

I hope that the black pattern of the wings can be enough to suggest an ID of this. These are the only pictures I have...

The leave it is sitting on is just obscuring a part of the wing that is crucial to distinguish between the two. But I will have a another look later.
