Description:

Very small spider. About 5mm in length. I think it's some kind of jumping spider.

Habitat:

Found in my basement.

Notes:

Sorry for the bad quality, I don't have a good macro camera. But any help on the ID would be great!!

It's very hard to make out any details of the spider on that photo. Did you check the list of spiders in Ohio on bugguide or here https://usaspiders.com/spiders-in-ohio/ to compare?
It might be a type of jumping spider.
