Thank you Michael. You are right I wish I had had a closer look with a glass. I have seen similar on here. http://www.cerambycoidea.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=15409 Where there is an excellent close up of the claw. I visit this reserve quite often so I will look again, thanks for the help.
