Posibly Lesbia nuna, I am not sure. A small hummingbird with a very long tail, from the high Andes in Ecuador (Chaullbamba, Cuenca).

I think it's Lesbia nuna or Lesbia victoriae ... not sure.
Is it too green to be Aglaiocercus kingi mocoa (Long-tailed Sylph) ?
