Description:

Wingspan between 1 and 1.5 inches. There is high variety within this species. This sighting: dirty gray-blue with various dark spots forming a band along the outer margins of its wings. Summer Azures appear mid-Summer. They take to flowers and get nutrients/minerals from wet ground or puddles.
