Description:

These pictures show the 2 species in close proximity to highlight the differences. The darkish bib and more prominent supercilium of the White are key features. The pure white throat of the Yellows is a feature of the Spanish race or sub-species. Juvenile Grey Wagtails are also similar but generally have longer tail feathers.

Habitat:

Drying pond on mountain airfield with scattered trees and bushes at nearly 4,000'.
