Thank you so much Jakubko. I learn so much from you. My friends ask me how I know so much about bugs. I tell them that you and other rangers and PN members are helping me. They are truly impressed about it.
@pamsai: When I go hiking with 10 friends, who gets most bug bites?
I get all the bugs! You should see me with net over my face when I go out to look for bugs, like bee keeper. I have to protect myself ;-)
@Jolly Ibanez: Thank you very much for your nice comment. I have an old small compact camera, Olympus SZ 14. It requires lots of patience, but very nice camera :-)
Mr. Monteiro, you gave me such an impact in my life about nature. I used to be so afraid of insects. But, when I saw your fantastic findings, I became curious. You too should get “Noble Peace award” ;-)
Thank you so very much everyone! I feel like I won the Academy awards. I want to thank all the rangers who helped me so much. To name a few, Dan was my first Ranger who helped me so kindly. Jacob who tirelessly helped so many of my “unknowns.” And, Magic Sergio, you taught me to open my little eyes wider and look further. I no longer afraid of insects! And, Karen and AshlyT, and many more! Thanks to Yuko and Sckel. We as small camera users do not have fancy technical set ups but we take pictures from our heart, right? Lastly, thank you so much to the founders of “Project Noah”. Your creation made so many people re-connected to our beautiful nature. You should earn “Nobel Peace” prize! Thank you everyone again. This is one of my happiest days :-)
Congratulations Rieko, your pretty little butterfly has been chosen as spotting of the day!
Lycaena phlaeas is a very cosmopolitan butterfly, with a range that includes Europe, Asia, North America and North Africa.

@Sckel: You are very talented and you know how to use your camera so well. I look forward to see more of your wonderful spotting :-) Again, thank you so much for your kind comment.
thanks Reiko... Waiting - not so patiently - till I get good internet so I can upload the butterfly photos I took in Costa Rica. Have hundreds to sort through so it may be slow!
Thank you so kindly Gilma Jeannette Ospino Ferreira-Norman. I chased this butterfly and I was so exhausted. But, I am very happy now because I am able to share my spotting with other Project Noah members :-)
