Wild grass grown in the balcony. Probably but not certainly Echinochloa crus-galli.

Thank you Elizabeth for the comments and for pointing me to this site. It seems that this is Echinochloa crus-galli but there are other varieties like Echinochloa muricata that are similar to it.
