It looks like some kind of cultivar of the common mallow, Malva sylvestris, you can buy them to put in gardens where they have been selected for their stripes, or bigger petals like in this case. Sometimes the cultivars escape and you end up finding them in the wild :) This is gorgeous though!
I think Arlanda suggested you its mallow...
I feel its Purple Spanish Mallow...Genus Malope.. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Malope
