-The largest walking animals on Earth
-Their tusks grow throughout their whole lives
-African elephants are 13 feet tall from their shoulders down
-They can weigh anywhere between 5,000 and 14,000 pounds

Habitat:

-Live in Africa
- Are found in Coastal east Africa and Congo Basin

Notes:

-An African Elephant herd go through 37 different countries in Africa
- They use their trunks drinking, sense of smell, trumpeting, and grabbing things
