Field Notes

Description:

Brown with spaced out black spots...Eyes were kinda big and feet were small

Habitat:

Was in the warehouse I work in.. Which is in Ontario Canada.. So I don't think he's from here.

This is a gecko, if you zoom in you can see it's enlarged toes. There are no native or even naturalized geckos. But it's very likely this is a Mediterranean Gecko, Hemidactylus turcicus, they are very common in the US now, and this guy probably traveled up there via 18 wheeler or crates or something, and is living there during the summer. Very unlikely he will make it through the winter though.
I wish I had a better picture...It didn't look as much like a gecko once he was on the ground
