Description:

The tiniest damselfly I've ever seen. Smaller and thinner than a toothpick, I'm surprised the photos came all right. Last photo shows it on a grass blade.

Habitat:

Semitropicla grassland.

Closest I can find is the Citrine Forktail Damselfly (Ischnura hastata)
