Description:

These "crickets" are actually members of the katydid family. This one was released shortly after these pictures were taken, beside the spot on the trail where it was discovered.

Notes:

This Mormon cricket was found on Turkey Flats Trail near Glade Park, Colorado on Sunday, August 18th, 2013.
