They don't need to be in direct sunlight to be bleached, I've had many plants bleach this summer under canopy cover. They were also just as healthy looking as the non-bleached plants, and just as big. Just older and had been exposed to heat/sun longer.
Definetly not, this was in a shady area with tall trees all around it never sees direct sunlight. Every other plant of this kind was dark green like in the last photo, and if you look closely even the stem is lighter in color, not just the leaves, bleaching also causes the growth to slow since the plant is under stress, however this plant was very large and leaves were healthy and firm not dry and limp like most plants get when burnt from too much sun.
How do you know this is part albino? Many plants get bleached by the sun, and since the part that's bleached is more out in the open, it seems likely to me that is what happened.
