Field Notes

Description:

Small frog with dark spots and a yellow stripe from eye to hip. These are two different specimens.

Habitat:

One found on railroad and other found a fourth of a mile away near Rocky Run Creek at the Wawa Preserve.

Notes:

Both were very hard to approach without a bound or a leap.

That's exactly what I thought it was! I just don't study them or catch them as much as I used to so I wasn't positive. Thank you J.
Please verify! The scientific names in the links are not updated, but I think the distinguishing characteristics are the same.
