Field Notes

Description:

Growing on unknown wood, I guess rhododendron (it was in a rhododendron stand which had the occasional birch and sycamore etc but vast majority was rhododendron). Fruitbodies were probably about 5mm tall. There was a stick 20 metres away which had a very similar looking fungus growing on it. I'm 99.9% sure the stick was a well rotted rhododendron stick
