Field Notes

Description:

A low-growing (6" to 8" in height) clump of foliage from which blossoms of the clearest blue emerge. Blossoms approximately 1-1/2" across.

Habitat:

Alpine environment.

Notes:

Found early along The Highline trail at Logan Pass, Glacier National Park.
