Description:

Likes to eat grass seeds, when it goes on the grass sometimes the grass bends and down it goes with it eating as if nothing happened, bluest little bird I have ever seen, even the beak is blue.

It's a perfect bird with both color and behavior. And you have got some nice shots. You are lucky to be living in such a diverse ecosystem with so many different bird species.
Thank you so much for the ID, FaredinAliyevski. This small bird it is such a cutie, happy and energeric, when it does the "Jumping Jack" dance I am sure, it is at least 3 feet high and it lands in the same spot time and time again!!
