Field Notes

Description:

Resident in most areas of peninsula, id- adult has black head and upper breast,rufous-brown upper parts,and black belly centre and undertail-coverts. Lower breast and flanks are white. Juvenile has uniform brown upper parts and buff to whitish under parts.

Habitat:

Marshy areas with tall grass or reeds
