Description:

Yellow and black wasp with banded wings, about 1 cm in length. Family Braconidae.

Habitat:

Came to an ultraviolet light in the garden, San Cristobal de Las Casas, 2,200 meters.

Yes that last picture is a little better. I think we can safely call it a braconid.
Thank you John, I guess not very good wing venation pictures? I added a 6th picture which might help?
Either Braconidae or Ichneumonidae. I am guessing braconid - but I am not completely sure.
