Field Notes

Description:

We heard them on our roof Thurs., July 25, 2013, 5 to 6 pm. I went out and saw one on roof and when it climbed up the tree right next to our roof, I saw the other one already in the tree curled up on a tree limb. No sight of Mother Bobcat. I recently got a cell phone with camera and took these photos using it. I lightened and resized them and cropped a couple. I had the flash on for all of them. The 3rd photo shows both curled up in the Rhus Lancea tree. These photos are for research purposes for the UA Wild Cat Research and Conservation for their Urban Bobcat Research in Tucson, AZ.
