Dustywing

Very small, white insect about 4 mm long with a powdery look. The eyes appear red. Antennae look like short combs. Only shot I got before it flew off. "adults superficially similar to whiteflies (Aleyrodidae) but have longer legs (esp. the hindlegs), longer antennae, longer beak-like mouthparts, and wings held tent-like at a more steep angle over the abdomen at rest."
