Description:

Theritas is a genus of gossamer-winged butterflies (family Lycaenidae) found in the Neotropics.

Habitat:

This species is found in mildly disturbed areas of tropical and subtropical rainforest at altitudes from about 400-1200m.

Notes:

I imagine that this is one of the hairstreaks.
