Description:

A small (1 cm?) grey spider found on a bridge.
Has white, grey and black coloring with small white hairs on the cephalothorax.

Species ID Suggestions

Fishing spider

Dolomedes tenebrosus

I would suggest a Philodromus spider (Running Crab Spider).
I'd agree with Karen. This certainly looks like a dark fishing spider.
