Description:

In a second this splendid bird hung to the tree bark next to me. It grasped an insect, ate it in a moment, and stood there for less than a minute after which it flew away. It was the only specimen I saw in the park and (in general) in my life.

Habitat:

Villa park with abundant presence of trees
