Nymphalidae, Nymphalinae, Nymphalini, Polygonia sp. and should be Polygonia interrogationis, the Question Mark. It is a butterfly, sometimes very variable in colors and markings.
Look at the clubbed antennae, moths usually have straight/filamentous or featherlike antennae.
