This is a stunning male from Genus Stagmomantis! There are a couple of species found in Texas so you might have to do a bit more research of ranges to possibly narrow it down. Here is a link to the Bugguide page of Stagmomantis species. I think Stamomantis carolina, Stagmomantis libata and Stagmomantis californica are found in Texas.
