Thanks Jakubko! They're very tiny and shy usually. The one I posted here was the first one I had seen that was big, stationary, eating, and had visible markings.
The small spider on your zinnias in the link you provided may a juvenile of the same species, although I'm not sure. It is definitely in the family Thomisidae though.
