Field Notes

Description:

About 5 inches in diameter. Felt like bright red compared to the greenery sound, though it actually is a more faded color. White spots. There were 3 of them. The hat on the smallest seemed more drawn in. Both bigger ones had splits in on the side (see picture).

Habitat:

Mountain meadow

Notes:

Mt.Rainier at Paradise. National Park.

This is officially the biggest wild mushroom I have seen. It is also the only red mushroom I have seen.
