You are probably correct, all those with "Emerald" in the common name (there are 10 in Europe) are Geometridae but there are others which do not have Emerald in the name. Of the 10 I found this one looks closest http://www.leps.it/indexjs.htm?SpeciesPages/BustiSatur.htm
