Description:
Mating spotted ladybirds were seen on the same leaf as psyllid lerps and nymphs ( Pic #2 - the nymphs can be seen on either side of the ladybirds as tiny pale wingless insects).
Pic 1 shows the female ladybird with a psyllid nymph at it's mouth. I think the nymph ran directly towards the ladybird ( suicidal!!)
Habitat:
On a spotted gum tree (Eucalyptus maculata)
