Species ID Suggestions

Midiline Snout Moth

Midila sp.

Comments (4)

Crambidae (!), Midilinae, Midila sp.. This one was once of my hardest one to ID... There are several species found in Costa Rica and unfortunately very few information about the subfamily and the genus. Candidates might be Soror, Daphne and Sympatrica. I would slightly tend to Midila soror but since this is not confirmed I would go with Midila sp. http://www.flickr.com/photos/45930043@N03/6411661553/
