Field Notes

Notes:

A small spider, looks like a jumping spider. She was with half of her body hidden, but as we can notice she makes a silk nest with 3 inputs in triangulation. I found it in a tree on the banks of a river.

Thank you Ava. I'll do that! Thank you S Frazier. I'll check it out!
Here is my spotting with some information on jumping spider reproductive webs included http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/12869580
So cute, sitting in her doorway. For sure she has eggs to watch over. I also found a cute one in her silk nest with her eggs - but it was a Sac Spider not a jumping spider. They also get very protective. http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/37125086/fullscreen
