Habitat:

cloudforest, 2400m

Notes:

I spotted this around the HQ at Santuario Otun Quimbaya.

If you look at the link provided for Tree Swallow, it is not even found in South America.
I agree with Sckel. Although Tree Swallows are very similar in appearance, the Blue and White Swallow is more common in South America.
