http://www.cockatielcottage.net/symptoms.html Guy,a sick bird could do that too. But a sick bird would find a much safer place from predators.
Well he was REALLY inactive. I threw black oil sunflower seed on our roof and he seemed to perk up, but now much. He just cached the seeds for a few minutes, then fluffed up, laid down, and went back to sleep again.
these are lovely. Sometimes they are just warming up. Especially in Illinois,at this time of the year!!
