Field Notes

Description:

Lacewings are insects from the family 'Chrysopidae' and since these are just eggs, it's impossible to get the right species.

These smart insects lay their eggs with a thin stalk so no predators can get to the eggs.

Habitat:

Backyard, under a sycamore tree leaf.

Notes:

These eggs were hatched and there was only one larva and it was hiding between the eggs.
