Field Notes

Description:

colorful lizard

Habitat:

cloudforest, 2400m

Notes:

I spotted one of these on a leaf on a bush on the side of the road through Santuario Otun Quimbaya. I got a few okay shots, then miraculously, I spotted another one less than 5 minutes later and got some more better shots. Spotting #2300! So far I've posted 800 new spottings since March 2013, which includes my trip to Colombia and Dominica. I still have at least 100 more to post from the trip before I'm finished. Then I will start posting all the spottings I've been getting locally.

Dan beautiful shots. Certainly an anole by the toes, but not certain which type too many and not enough resources. Keep posting!
