This plant has small leaves, is a beautiful plant, but is everywhere in the woods of my backyard..

Wooded areas(?)

Notes:

It has completely taken over the woods of my backyard. It has taken root in the ground and is climbing up trees, there is no grass left were it has taken root. Should I be really concerned?
