This catalogue http://www.zin.ru/projects/ZInsecta/eng/myrzin2.asp?tABBR=INNEMYDISTET&tSYSC=7407269260&tALT=(&tNOTE=comb.:%20Navas,%201914&tUSE=1&tName=Distoleon%20tetragrammicus%20(Fabricius,%201798) does not list any from Spain, nearest is Italy. These are not studied in great detail outside museum and science labs, hence only a few species get into most reference books or sites and the majority of species photographed are identified from these sources only on a "looks like" basis. In many cases only microscopic examination or DNA testing can determine actual species. Before accepting any species suggestion we need to be certain that that species has been scientifically proven to be possible in that area where it was seen. I will continue searching for scientific records as and when I can.
