Field Notes

Description:

Skink. Had a white underbelly, hazel colour eyes, scales look a lot like armadillo plating, dark brown dots down a light brown back.

Habitat:

Found in an old old quarry/canyon land. atop a pile of flat stones.

I was just taking a wild guess :P I'm not great with reptiles.
Thanks! Wedge-shouted skinks have much shorter legs as far as I know!
Is this maybe a Wedge-snouted Skink (Trachylepis acutilabris)?
