I spotted this in Santuario Otun Quimbaya.

Thanks for letting me know, that was a bit of my confusion.
Dan, I did not mean that you have to take this as an ID, but I specially focused on Cercopoidea as the superfamily and not Cercopidae as the family and my ?? and the fact I put it as a comment not a suggestion, I am really not sure, just wanted that you might consider these as well...
I don't like to add anything automatically unless I'm sure. I've been wrong on many guesses before. I thought it was more of a leafhopper (Cicadellidae) than spittle bug.
This might also be a Cercopoidea (not automatically Cercopidae!)??
