Description:
Small shore bird with brown, fairly uniform coloring. The underside is white as is the ring around the eye. This bird wouldn't let me get anywhere near it after sunset. It kept flying to the far side of the shore when I approached it. I only had my macro lens with me.
Habitat:
Small lake at a park.
