Dinaric columbine

This is a perennial herbaceous plant, reaching heights about 25 centimeters. The upright stem is densely glandular-hairy. Arranged in a loose basal rosette leaves are hairy, deeply cut in three parts and glandular on both sides. The flowering period extends from July to August. On a long inflorescence stem are three to five flowers. The sepals are bright blue. The nectar leaves are long and 2 to 3 cm. Of 1.3 to 1.5 centimeters long Curved spur is about 1.5 cm long, hooked, and a dark color and much longer than the bracts of the nectaries. The numerous stamens are as long as the bloom of the nectaries. The five to ten glandular hairy follicles contain a variety of dark, shiny seeds.
