Description:

This plant grows 5-30 cm in height, having ovate leaves in a basal rosette and white starlike flowers netted with green.

Habitat:

mountain marsh meadow, by the creek

Notes:

The plant is named after the Greek mountain Parnassus which was dedicated to the god Apollo.

wow, your photos are amazing! They were in bloom in Bos/Herz. when I was there...I was thrilled when saw them, they have unique flowers. Unfortunally, didn't see them in Croatia, yet!
